Move-In/Move-Out Information

  • Students not participating or attending either of the Spring Commencement ceremonies must check out of their Spring room within 24 hours after their last final exam or by 12:00pm on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

 

  • Fraternity or Sorority Chapter Facility residents must check out of their Spring room by 12:00pm on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

 

  • Students who are participating or attending either of the Spring Commencement ceremonies must check out of their Spring room by 12:00pm on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

 

  • Students living on campus for the May Summer Session will remain in their Spring room until Thursday, May 14, 2026. Additional information about moving to Summer Event Housing will be sent to TCU email addresses in the Spring coming weeks.

 

Students needing moving or storage services may utilize our approved vendors. No other companies will be authorized to be on campus or in the residence halls.

  • Housing and Residence Life will assign and send students specific Move-In time slots for their Move-In day.

 

  • Students unable to arrive on one of these dates can check in from 12:00-8:00pm CT on August 20-23 at their residence hall offices.
