Hall Directors (HD) are full-time, master’s-level professionals who live and work within the residence halls. This position is responsible for providing a comprehensive residence life program for their residents. One of their primary responsibilities is building relationships with residents and RA staff to create an exceptional residential experience.<\/p>\n
